I'm amazed at this phone repair store! I had completely shattered my iPhone screen yesterday and had planned to just go spend $1,000+ getting a new one until my husband told me about ABQ phone repair. It was around $45 to get my entire screen replaced and it took less than 30 minutes! The owner is super friendly & helpful, I would 100% recommend getting your screen replaced here! I have visited this business several times now, and I am happy to be a patron of their services. They are affordable, thoughtful, and considerate of individual needs, and offer discounts when possible. For some reason, my original post was deleted. Here it is again:
There was a glitch with my replaced touch screen and they replaced it next day with no hassle. They also replaced additional supplies needed at no extra cost ... I ended up replacing a 6 year old battery on my iphone and now everything is working perfectly. My main tech support employee also was kind enough to reconfigure main settings so my processing would work more smoothly. Not much more you can ask for when you are replacing parts on an older phone and don't feel ready to get upsold on a newer version. My experience here was superb. Support one of the few local/small business establishments in Coronado Mall. -

I dropped my phone the other day. I picked it up and found a cracked screen with a faded black area. Emotions ran high haha but after a few deep breaths, I told myself it'll be okay. The next day, I received a groupon email for a phone repair (phones and whoever is listening are so creepy). I decided to purchase the Groupon and went to the store the next day. The guy didn't have the right screen in stock but said to come back the next day. I went back and it was in stock. He asked a few questions, didn't hesitate about the Groupon, and explained a few potential issues. After an hour, I picked up the phone and the screen was fixed. He recommended a new battery and explained the battery health phone feature. He was kind, the service was efficient, and it didn't seem shady. So far the phone is working okay! Check out this place if you have a phone accident.

A day before I had to catch a flight abroad, my IPhone decided to die on me. In panic I started searching on yelp for the closest phone repair spot. Abq happened to be just around the corner. As I was already expecting the worst news and contemplating on spending a ton of money on new device or some expensive repair, the employee told me straight up that there was a need to replace one small component and that I should stop by within 2 hours and pick it up.
And so it was.. I got it back promptly functioning as good as new. The charge was quite reasonable as well, they probably even saved me a couple of hundreds.

After my son dropped his iPhone and shattered the screen I called around to multiple phone repair shops for a quote. All quotes were $110 and asked that the phone be dropped off for 2-3 hours. ABQ Phone Repair & Accessories was only $89 and they said they could do it in 30 minutes. I won't lie...I hesitated as I don't like going with the cheapest option but I have zero regrets going here!
The location was convenient. I dropped the phone off and shopped while they fixed the phone. The customer service was top notch! I worked with Manzir Mobin and he was incredible. He was attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. Especially when we got home that night and realized that the Touch ID was not working. We called Manzir and he asked us to come back; promising to fix it. He stood by his promise. The original screen replacement was defective so he put a new one on for us which now works perfectly. He even convinced me to get a nice screen protector for my own phone just in case. Great sales! Great customer service! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to have their phone repaired.
